Indigenous art is centred on storytelling. It is used as a tool to communicate knowledge of the land, events, and beliefs of the Aboriginal people. The use of these traditional symbols is an alternate way of writing down stories of cultural significance. Learn from our experienced Aboriginal artist, Richard Campbell, as he teaches the meaning of symbols and how to paint your very own Aboriginal artwork.
Our art workshops can be tailored to be age appropriate from early childhood to adulthood.
