Description
Our Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony Package is available to purchase to play at your next opening or event. With restrictions and the inability to travel in some areas, this package serves as a ‘virtual’ performance and can be played anywhere in the Yuin Nation boundaries from the Hawkesbury River to the Mallacoota River.
In this package, the ceremony is performed by Richard Campbell, including;
- A Welcome to Country – welcoming bystanders, and paying respects to elders.
- Traditional Aboriginal music – singing, clap-sticks and didgeridoo.
- Smoking Ceremony – burning of native plants to ward off bad spirits and cleanse the area.
