From hands on art experiences to cultural awareness and on Country bush tucker workshops, each session is tailored to suit your organisation’s goals, audience and setting. Please note: A travel fee applies for corporate workshops located outside an 80km radius of Gumaraa’s headquarters in Albion Park. This will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

Cultural Awareness Workshop

Our cultural awareness workshops provide teams with a deeper understanding of Aboriginal culture, history and perspectives. Through guided discussion, storytelling and shared knowledge, participants gain insight into connection to Country, cultural values, and the importance of respect and reconciliation in modern workplaces.

These sessions support organisations looking to strengthen cultural understanding, align with Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs), and create more inclusive and culturally informed workplaces.

Art Workshop

Our art based workshops invite teams to learn through creativity. Guided by Uncle Richard, participants are introduced to Aboriginal symbols, storytelling and the meaning behind traditional art practices. Each participant then creates their own artwork, using what they’ve learned to express story, place and connection.

These workshops are relaxed, engaging and reflective, offering teams a unique way to connect with culture while encouraging collaboration and creativity.

Bushtucker Workshop

For organisations seeking a deeper connection to Country, Gumaraa offers bush tucker workshops at Killalea Regional Park or Bundeena, our most popular and culturally significant locations. Led by Aboriginal guides, participants explore the landscape while learning about native plants, traditional food sources and sustainable practices used by Aboriginal people for generations.

This experience allows teams to step away from the workplace and engage with culture in a natural environment, fostering reflection, learning and connection.
