Design Story: This powerful design named “Nguru” (country), The colours Red, Yellow, and black are featured. The right sleeve showcases the Aboriginal Flag, honouring its significance and representing the enduring spirit of Aboriginal culture. As the centrepiece of the design, the large meeting place symbolises our connection to country, and shared journey. This design is divided in two halves, one black, one white, with a bold yellow and red stripe, symbolising the harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, and reflecting the resilience of the Aboriginal people. This design also serves as a symbol of reconciliation, highlighting the importance of unity and understanding between all Australians.
